Job summary

Lane Bryant in Houston is seeking a Store Associate to create a hospitable shopping environment and deliver outstanding customer service. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and help customers find perfect fits while representing the Lane Bryant brand.

You will support store operations, plan tasks to meet customer needs, protect assets, and follow company policies. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, and be comfortable using mobile

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient and confident utilizing mobile technology (e.g. Registers and iPad) to engage with customers.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds on a frequent basis; up to 50 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities
