Doosan Bobcat North America, Inc. offers a Co‑op or Internship program designed to empower undergraduates with real-world projects. Co‑ops run 8 months as full-time employment; internships are semester-long and part-time, with potential extensions across 18 functions across the company.

You will develop dashboards, analyze sales data, and support order management while gaining hands-on experience within a global organization.

Formación

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to draw conclusions and present findings based on data
• Capable of working independently on a project and collaboratively on a team
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Responsabilidades

• Present findings and recommendations based on sales data analysis
• Create BI reports including market share, sales growth, and inventory turns
• Identify new sales opportunities by analyzing sales performance across segments
• Support order management using Oracle Order Management system (EBS)
• Assist Dealer Support respond to dealer inquiries
• Participate in projects to review and evolve sales contracts
• Review priority shipment requests and provide recommendations
• Create dashboards to monitor sales performance
• Review dealer credits and shipment/return discrepancies

Co‑op: An 8-month long opportunity, Co‑op positions are full‑time employment experience. Co‑ops are fully immersed into the worlds of corporate and production industry as full‑time team member. Internship: A semester long opportunity, Internships positions are a part‑time employment experience. With the opportunity to extend multiple semesters, Interns tap into the foundations of our corporate and production industries. Co‑op and Intern opportunities span across 18 of Bobcat's different functions.

Role & Responsibility

• Present findings and recommendations based off of sales data analysis
• Creation of business intelligence reports including market share, sales growth, and inventory turns
• Identify new sales opportunities by analyzing sales performance through a variety of market segments
• Support an order management strategy using Oracle Order Management system (EBS)
• Assist Bobcat's Dealer Support Group respond to order inquiries from a network of dealers
• Participate in projects reviewing and evolving Bobcat's annual sales contract
• Review and provide recommendations on priority shipment requests to customers
• Create dashboards to automate and monitor sales performance
• Review and process dealer credit requests and shipment/return discrepencies

Job Requirement

• Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing seeking a degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to draw conclusions and present findings based off of data
• Be able to independently work through a project from start to finish with limited supervision, as well as have the skills to work collaboratively on a team
• Have the vision to identify problems, make recommendations and provide creative and realistic solutions
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Team player, fast learner, and adaptable to change
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills is a must
• Be able to commit to Doosan Bobcat for the entire term of the co‑op (8 months) or internship (4 months)
• Ability to follow written instructions

The salary range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00 per hour depending on experience and other factors.
