Vanguard Personalized Indexing (VPI) seeks a seasoned expert to advance sales strategy, enablement, competitive intelligence, reporting, and home office integration efforts. The role focuses on driving high-impact initiatives and partnering with Marketing, Relationship Management, Operations, and Finance teams.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of related experience, strong investment knowledge, and a proven ability to manage cross-functional projects with autonomy.

Qualifications

• Strong investment acumen with ability to understand portfolio construction, tax management, indexing concepts.
• Proven project management skills with cross-functional coordination from planning through execution.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly to business partners and senior leaders.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary partner to VPI Marketing and steer content priorities.
• Lead home office implementations for VPI placements on sponsor platforms.
• Own monthly and quarterly sales reporting for VPI and FAS Sales leadership.
• Develop competitive intelligence on direct/personalized indexing and distributor channels.
• Create sales enablement resources for FAS Sales teams across RIA, Bank, and Broker/Dealer channels.
• Demonstrate investment acumen and guide VPI approach to market needs.
• Lead cross-functional projects with independence and accountability.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve scalability of sales strategy.
