Job summary

Vanguard Personalized Indexing (VPI) seeks a highly experienced, independent professional to lead sales enablement, competitive intelligence, and partner engagements across marketing, relationship management, and operations. The role focuses on strategic initiatives, home office implementations, and using data-driven insights to grow VPI's market presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of related work experience.
• Strong investment acumen and ability to explain portfolio concepts.
• Excellent project management and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and make sound judgments.
• Experience using AI, automation, or technology-enabled problem solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent; graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with VPI Marketing to set priorities and guide the content pipeline.
• Lead home office implementations for VPI placements on sponsor platforms.
• Own monthly and quarterly sales reporting for leadership.
• Develop competitive intelligence on indexing and distribution trends?
• Create sales enablement resources for FAS Sales teams across channels.
• Lead cross-functional projects with independence and accountability.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and data.
• Support ad hoc analysis and due diligence from internal stakeholders.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.
