Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term customer loyalty
  • Provide professional and upbeat consultations to customers
  • Manage daily salon operations including staffing, hiring, and retention
  • Achieve sales quotas on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Increase customer traffic through local marketing efforts
  • Maintain accurate billing records and manage delinquent accounts
  • Keep the salon clean and organized
  • Handle opening and closing procedures
  • Complete daily administrative tasks and track goals

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience
  • Management experience or equivalent education and experience
  • Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends
  • Strong sales drive and customer service skills
  • Professional appearance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to stand, bend, and walk for 8 hours daily
