What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet or exceed all established sales objectives and goals for the assigned territory
- Coordinate sales activities to promote growth and achieve sales targets
- Understand and communicate customer needs to foster strong relationships
- Collaborate with the Printing & Packaging Solutions team and key stakeholders to solve customer problems
- Maintain customer data effectively in the global CRM system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Four-year college degree; MBA is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of combined experience in distribution sales, preferably in paper, print, tape, or similar products
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence organizational structures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management software
- Must have a current, valid driver's license and be able to travel up to 70% of the time
