The Sales Specialist - Printing & Packaging Solutions is responsible for providing sales solutions to an assigned geographic territory in North America. In addition, the Sales Specialist helps implement business and category strategies to end users and distributor partners.

How you'll help the formula:

  • Meet or exceed all established sales objectives and goals for the assigned territory
  • Coordinate sales activities in the assigned geographic territory to promote sales and deliver growth targets
  • Understand and communicate customer needs to colleagues to foster customer intimacy
  • Foster collaboration within the Printing & Packaging Solutions team and key stakeholders, including channel partners, to solve customer problems and deliver innovative solutions
  • Develop and maintain an Opportunity Pipeline for the assigned territory
  • Effectively maintain customer data in the global CRM system

Key elements for your role:

  • Minimum 2 years of combined experience in distribution sales in paper, print, tape, or other similar manufactured products; Flexo experience highly preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence complex organizational structures
  • Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to navigate complex business negotiations
  • Must have a current, valid driver’s license, passport, and physical ability to drive for lengthy periods
  • Proficient in the use of computers, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Customer Relationship Management software
  • Ability and willingness to adapt work schedule to meet customer needs
  • Must be available for air/auto travel up to 70% of the time
  • Spanish language skills are a plus
