We're searching for a spirited and ambitious Sales Specialist (Parts) to join our US-based team!

Please Note ---> this role is primarily office-based, but the employee is eligible to use up to four (4) remote working days per calendar month.

Summary

The Sales Specialist, Parts is a sales-driven role responsible for actively managing and closing spare parts sales opportunities. This position focuses on the full replacement cycle, leveraging customer insights and maintenance data to proactively identify needs and drive revenue. The Sales Specialist ensures strong customer engagement, delivers tailored solutions, and provides ongoing analysis to maximize parts utilization – ultimately securing repeat business and expanding aftermarket sales.

The Sales Specialist, Parts will also work with the Supply Chain Manager to manage and coordinate spare parts inventory and shipments to customers. This position is a key point of contact for customers to aid with any spare parts requests.

Essential Functions

  • Proactively present, promote, manage and close spare parts sales opportunities to existing and prospective customers, ensuring follow through to purchase order completion.
  • Achieve sales targets and results within the targeted period.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships through timely response via accurate and effective communication.
  • Conveys customer initiatives with internal key stakeholders, such as commercial, raising awareness of areas for collaboration and improvement.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Fedegari product line and part offerings, and articulate conceptual value propositions to clients.
  • Create offers, purchase orders, and order acknowledgments.
  • Proactively manage projects by meeting with customers in person or via conference calls to discuss requirements.
  • Assist as a liaison between customers and our parent company on protocols and deviations.
  • Coordinate efforts with cross-functional team members.
  • Support the directives and decisions of functional and company leadership.
  • Supply management with reports on customer projects, needs, problems, interests, and competition.
  • Represent the Fedegari Group companies in a professional and ethical manner.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or business administration, and/or equivalent work-related experience.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing role requiring the ability to overcome customer opposition, identify problems, and resolve concerns.
  • 1+ years of proven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in aftermarket parts, industrial equipment, or technical service environments.
  • High level of flexibility and adaptability to constantly changing situations.
  • Courteous, supportive, and respectful in all interactions.
  • Self-starter with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional business acumen.
  • Customer centricity and understanding of common sales processes.
  • Possess genuine willingness to learn and be coachable.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Direct working experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Ability to speak Italian and/or Spanish a plus.
