Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is hiring a Specialist Sales Front Desk to greet guests, assist with sales presentations, and deliver exceptional service at The Westin Nanea Ocean Villas and The Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas in Hawaii.

You will support owners and guests with experiences, events, and premium gifts, while upholding brand standards and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. Weekend/holiday shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience required.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Background and drug screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests for scheduled sales presentations or general information.
• Ensure guests are comfortable and offer refreshments while waiting.
• Provide the highest level of service to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
• Create, log, and expedite premiums for site marketing programs.

As a Specialist Sales Front Desk, a typical day will include:

• Meet and greet guests as they arrive for scheduled sales presentations or stop by the sales gallery for general information.
• Ensures that all guests are comfortable and offers refreshments to guests as they wait for sales presentations.
• Provide s the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Promote s awareness of brand image internally and externally.
• Create s , log s, and expedite s premiums (gifts) for site marketing programs.

Guest Experience and Company Standards

• Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

To Become a Specialist Sales Front Desk:

• Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
• Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
• Sal es experience preferred.
• Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
