Position Overview:

We’re seeking a high-performance Sales Closer to own and optimize the final stages of our outbound sales funnel. This is a commission-only role to start, with a path to a hybrid base + commission structure for the right performer after the trial period. You’ll be responsible for engaging warm leads, handling objections, closing deals, and helping us build a next-level outbound system that drives predictable revenue.

You Are:

  • A proven closer who thrives on hitting targets and locking in deals.
  • Experienced with outbound sales strategies, tools, and systems (especially LinkedIn, Clay, Instantly).
  • Strategic and data-driven, always looking for ways to optimize process and performance.
  • Accountable, proactive, and consistently reliable — you don’t wait to be told what to do.
  • Resilient and persistent; you don’t stop at the first “no.”
  • A natural communicator with strong follow-up habits and organizational skills.

What You'll Do:

  • Convert warm leads generated via LinkedIn, email, and cold calling into booked discovery calls and closed deals.
  • Handle all follow-ups, objections, and conversations via LinkedIn DMs, email, and phone.
  • Close 5+ high-quality discovery calls per week.
  • Track conversations and progress via our CRM or outreach platforms.
  • Support execution and optimization of cold email campaigns (500+ new contacts/week).
  • Monitor and improve reply rates, conversion rates, and cost per lead metrics.
  • Call cold and semi-warm leads at various funnel stages.
  • Work closely with the CEO and broader sales team to provide feedback on lead quality, campaign performance, and closing insights.
  • Deliver weekly performance reports.
  • Collaborate with our Lead Sourcing and Assistant teams to ensure a constant stream of qualified leads.

Systems & Optimization

  • Assist in refining outbound systems using Clay, Instantly, and LinkedIn automation tools.
  • Continuously test scripts, approaches, and messaging for best performance.
  • Help update SOPs and training material related to outreach and closing.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales closing experience, ideally in agency, SaaS, or B2B service sales.
  • Familiarity with outbound sales tools (Clay, Instantly, Apollo, or similar).
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn outreach and cold emailing.
  • Comfortable cold calling and speaking with C-level or marketing decision-makers.
  • High emotional intelligence and excellent written/spoken communication.
  • Able to work during EST hours (+/- 3h).
  • $60K–$100K+ OTE potential (commission only to start; base + commission after trial).
  • 100% remote work – collaborate from anywhere.
