Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Sales Specialist to help customers keep their vehicles running safely while building a long-term career across our network of 2,200+ locations. You’ll receive hands-on training, mentorship and clear paths for advancement as part of a supportive team environment.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, product recommendations, and coordination of service appointments, with opportunities to grow into leadership positions as you develop

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new systems and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
• Build trust and lasting relationships with customers.
• Recommend automotive products and services based on customer needs.
• Coordinate service appointments and communicate timelines.
• Support merchandising, inventory, and daily store operations.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Learn all aspects of store operations and business performance.
• Support store leadership and serve as Manager-on-Duty when appropriate as part of development.
