Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Sales Specialist to help customers keep their vehicles running safely while building a long-term career within Bridgestone’s retail network. You’ll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities across 2,200+ locations nationwide, with a pathway to growth and leadership as you develop your skills and expertise.

You’ll deliver exceptional service, learn systems and processes, and contribute to daily store operations in a dynamic retail

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
• Associate degree or equivalent technical/educational training preferred.
• Previous retail sales experience preferred.
• Previous automotive experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
• Build trust and lasting relationships with customers.
• Recommend automotive products and services based on customer needs.
• Coordinate service appointments and communicate timelines.
• Support merchandising, inventory, and daily store operations.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Learn all aspects of store operations and business performance.
• Support store leadership and serve as Manager-on-Duty when appropriate as part of your development.
