Paycom - ATS in Pharr, TX is hiring for a Deli Customer Service Associate. You will provide exceptional service, prepare and serve hot deli items, and help merchandise products to boost sales.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and to operate POS systems with accuracy. Prior customer service is preferred, and teamwork is encouraged in a supportive store setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.

• To drive sales and provide excellent customer service in the hot food deli department, with a focus on promoting and merchandising products.

Additional Duties

Management reserves the right to assign additional tasks as necessary to support store operations. Employees will be provided with proper training and protective equipment for any and all assigned tasks that require special handling.
