About the Role / 關於這個職位

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Representative to join our team in Taipei. You will support the promotion of our reproductive genetic testing services to fertility clinics and hospitals. This is a great opportunity to enter the healthcare and biotechnology industry and make a meaningful impact on family planning and reproductive care.

Key Responsibilities / 主要職責

1. Assist with identifying and engaging potential clients (e.g., IVF clinics, OB/GYN clinics)，followed by contract negotiation with the customers
2. 協助發掘並聯繫潛在客戶（如試管嬰兒診所、生殖醫學診所）並且主導進院流程
3. Support sales presentations, client education, and product demonstrations
4. 協助安排產品介紹、進行客戶教育訓練
5. Maintain regular communication with existing clients and provide basic product support
6. 與現有客戶保持聯繫並提供基本產品支援
7. Coordinate with internal teams for marketing activities and logistics
8. 與內部團隊協調行銷活動及物流安排

Requirements / 資格條件

1. Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, biotechnology, or related fields
2. 生命科學、醫療、生物科技或相關科系大學畢業
3. 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or medical-related roles
4. 0–2年銷售、客服或醫療相關工作經驗
5. Passion for women’s health and interest in genetics or biotechnology
6. 對女性健康有熱情，對基因檢測或生技產業有興趣
7. Good interpersonal and communication skills
8. 良好的人際關係與溝通能力
9. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese; basic English reading skills preferred
10. 精通中文，具基本英文閱讀能力尤佳
