Job description

Sales Specialists help customers bring their project ideas to life by offering a range of product options, providing samples, and recommending solutions—including installation and related services. They listen to customer needs, address concerns, highlight current promotions and financing options, and guide customers through every step while ensuring a smooth shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly sales goals and other metrics to drive store sales.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and safe, working as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Actively monitor inventory and drive in‑stock to support a seamless shopping experience.
• Understand local competitors and communicate Home Depot’s advantages, setting clear expectations for customers.
