Sales Specialists help customers bring their project ideas to life by offering a range of product options, providing samples, and recommending solutions—including installation and related services. They listen to customer needs, address concerns, highlight current promotions and financing options, and guide customers through every step of the shopping experience. Sales Specialists are expected to meet monthly sales goals and other metrics to drive store sales.
