Role Description

Preceptor Tree is seeking a remote Sales Specialist who will drive our growth by recruiting new preceptors nationwide. In this role, you will:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for medical clinics and providers, building rapport and understanding their needs

• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring timely follow-up and clear communication at every stage

• Execute targeted sales strategies to identify, qualify, and onboard preceptors who meet our criteria

• Maintain and manage all sales activities, including pipeline tracking, outreach metrics, and performance reporting
