Our agents have access to a wide variety of life insurance products and carriers, giving them the flexibility to help meet the unique needs of different clients and families. As a Sales Specialist, you’ll work with prospective clients to understand their needs, explain available life insurance solutions, and help them find coverage that fits

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Professional and confident when speaking with clients.
• Coachable and willing to learn.
• Previous sales or insurance experience is preferred, but not required.
• A life insurance license is not required; licensing assistance is available.

As a Sales Specialist, you’ll work with prospective clients to understand their needs, explain available life insurance solutions, and help them find coverage that fits their individual situation. What You’ll Do

• Client Conversations: Connect with prospective clients, learn about their needs, and help identify appropriate insurance solutions.
• Product Education: Explain life insurance products and living benefits in a clear, straightforward way so clients can make informed decisions.
• Sales & Follow-Up: Present available solutions, answer questions, follow up with prospects, and guide clients through the application process.
• Relationship Building: Establish trust with clients and provide ongoing service that encourages long-term relationships and referrals.
• Business Development: Maintain consistent sales activity while developing and expanding your client base.
• Professional Growth: Take advantage of training, resources, and ongoing support to strengthen your product knowledge and sales skills.

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Compensation is 100% commission-based, plus bonuses and performance incentives, with no caps. Your earning potential is based on your production and results.
