Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Sales and Service Specialist to help customers keep their vehicles running safely and to grow within a large national network.

You'll deliver outstanding service in-store and by phone, recommend automotive products, and support store operations while developing skills for future leadership roles. Training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
• Experience in retail or automotive environment preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
• Build trust and lasting relationships with customers.
• Recommend automotive products and services based on customer needs.
• Coordinate service appointments and communicate timelines.
• Support store merchandising, inventory and daily operations.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Learn all aspects of store operations and business performance.
• Support store leadership and serve as Manager-on-Duty when appropriate.
