Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Sales Specialist in Temple, TX to help customers keep their vehicles running safely while developing a long-term career. You’ll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities across 2,200+ locations as you learn every aspect of store operations.

The role focuses on delivering top-notch customer service, recommending automotive products, and coordinating service appointments within a team that supports career growth and development.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
• Build trust and lasting relationships with customers.
• Recommend automotive products and services based on customer needs.
• Coordinate service appointments and communicate timelines.
• Support merchandising, inventory, and daily store operations.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Learn all aspects of store operations and business performance.
• Support store leadership and serve as Manager-on-Duty when appropriate as part of your development.
