Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Sales Associate to help keep our stores clean, safe, and welcoming for every customer. You’ll greet customers, operate the register, and become proficient in lottery, alcohol, and age-verification requirements.

You’ll also stock merchandise, maintain clean facilities, and be willing to cross-train in other departments. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement are part of our retail team culture.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Strong math skills for handling cash and making correct change.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and store policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and run the register with accuracy and speed.
• Become an expert in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales with age verification.
• Offer friendly service and upsell when possible to increase sales.
• Keep inside and outside of the store clean and safe; restrooms and pumps included.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to maintain freshness.
• Cross-train in other departments, including deli, if needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies; be a team player.
