Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Sales Associate to greet customers, handle the register, and keep the store clean and inviting. You will learn lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales with strict age verification and compliance requirements.

The role offers flexible scheduling, weekend hours, and opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus, and physical stamina is needed to stay on your feet throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is appreciated, but not required.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and run the register with accuracy and speed.
• Become an expert in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales with age verification compliance.
• Upsell customers to increase sales.
• Keep the store clean and safe inside and outside, including restrooms and pump area.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to maintain product appearance.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Be a team player and assist in other departments as needed.
• Cross-train in deli or other areas when required.
