Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify, recommend and close every customer in their department.
• Learn about products using our tools and provide information to customers to sell an entire project.
• Maintain in-stock condition of assigned areas; keep areas clean, shop-able, and safe.
• Follow all safety policies and standards; complete specified safety training; correct hazards or report conditions to the Manager on Duty.
• Cooperate with Department Supervisor and other departments.
• Departments may include Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing and Tool Rental.
