• Provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance.
• Learn about products using our tools and inform customers to help sell an entire project.
• Greet, qualify, recommend, and close every customer in their department.
• Maintain in-stock condition of assigned areas and keep the area clean, shop-able and safe.
• Follow safety policies, complete safety training, and report hazards or unsafe conditions to management.
• Collaborate with Department Supervisor and coworkers across departments.
• Support various departments such as Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing, and Tool Rental.
• Work in roles including Department Sales, Lead Generator, Pro Account Sales, Sales Specialist, Special Services, and Customer Order Specialist.
