• Overview: Are you a people person? Be a First Citizens person. Join our branch team and make a difference. The Sales and Service Representative is responsible for processing transactions and other customer service requests in the branch. Facilitates customer awareness and education of bank capabilities, tools, and resources. Supports the sales efforts of a branch team by identifying and referring sales opportunities to the appropriate bank partner.
• Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED and 6 months customer service experience. Preferred experience includes sales skills, financial literacy, and knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Responsibilities: Engage customers to understand their banking needs, process transactions accurately, assist with account servicing, educate customers on bank services including digital banking, and introduce customers to other team members or bank partners for solutions.
