Metro Credit Union is seeking a Sales & Service Representative to join their dynamic retail team in Lawrence. This role involves assisting members with financial services and promoting products, requiring excellent communication skills and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. All branch employees are scheduled weekly to ensure branch hours are properly staffed, covering Saturday hours on a rotating basis.
Lawrence Branch hours: Monday - Wednesday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Thursday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM; Saturday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
The Sales & Service Representative (SSR) assists in the daily operation of the branch including keyholder responsibilities to open/close the branch. The SSR serves as a financial consultant to new and existing Members by providing information about Metro’s products and services, assists and advises Members in determining which products and services best meet their needs, opens Member accounts and provides problem resolution. SSRs participate in sales and service programs and contribute to branch sales goals, providing referrals to retail partners as appropriate. As a representative of the Metro brand, you’ll adhere to Metro’s policies, procedures and regulations in providing excellent, quality service to members, co-workers, and management.
