Prudential Overall Supply in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a Route Manager to lead driver teams, deliver strong service, and drive district growth. You will train, mentor, and supervise route staff, coordinate with customers, and ensure route performance.

The role requires at least 2 years of supervisory experience, willingness to travel up to 50%, and a clean driving record (CDL Class A preferred or obtainable). Military experience is valued and opportunities for career progression are available.

Prudential Overall Supply is seeking a professional, growth-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Route Manager. In this key leadership role, you’ll help drive service excellence, develop frontline talent, and support business growth across your assigned district.

What You'll Do

As a Route Manager, you'll play a vital part in our service delivery and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

Leading, training, and mentoring route drivers and customer service representatives
