Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking a Sales Assistant Manager to drive sales through rental agreements and grow our customer base in a dynamic retail setting. You will provide exceptional in-store and on-site customer service, maintaining an inviting sales floor and assisting with deliveries, pickups, and merchandising.

The role emphasizes a customer-first approach. The position requires 1–3 years in retail or sales, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record; you will be driving company vehicles.
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Great communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales: Grow revenue through rental agreements and new customers.
• Customer Service: Deliver friendly, top-notch experiences with a servant’s heart.
• Deliveries & Pickups: Load/unload and install products safely and compliantly.
• Merchandising: Maintain an inviting, clean store for customers and staff.
