Job summary

Rent-A-Center is hiring for a Sales Assistant Manager in the United States. You will grow sales through rental agreements, provide exceptional customer service, and manage deliveries and merchandising in-store and at customers' homes. A strong focus on safety and teamwork drives operations.

Qualifications

1–3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid state driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

Drive sales growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new customers.
Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences with a servant’s heart in stores and customers’ homes.
Oversee deliveries & pickups with safe loading/unloading and product installation following procedures.
Maintain an inviting store with organized products and cleanliness for customers and coworkers.
