Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service seeks a Service Advisor to greet guests, translate mechanical details into clear recommendations, and drive sales of tires, wheels, and services. You will document findings, build lasting customer relationships, and help maintain showroom standards while supporting a fast, efficient shop floor.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in automotive service sales, a proven sales record, and strong communication skills. Weekend availability is a plus in this dynamic role.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive service sales, retail automotive, and strong customer service + transferable sales background.
• Proven ability to sell services and build trust.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A self‑starter with problem‑solving ability and team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest and deliver a world-class service experience.
• Act as the liaison between customer and technician — translate mechanical into clear recommendations.
• Confidently sell tires, wheels, repairs, warranties, and services.

• Valid driver’s license + ability to lift 70 lbs (you’ll occasionally jump in to support shop flow)
