Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service in California is seeking a Service Advisor to greet guests, translate vehicle needs into clear recommendations, and help drive a world-class service experience.

You will sell tires, repairs, warranties and services, document findings, and partner with technicians to keep operations smooth while delivering outstanding customer care. Weekend availability and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in automotive service sales, retail automotive, and strong customer service + transferable sales background.
• Proven ability to sell services and build trust.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A self-starter with problem-solving ability and team spirit.
• Valid driver’s license + ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
• Hungry to learn, grow, and lead.
