Job summary

Roadmaster Drivers School is seeking an Admissions Advisor to enroll prospective students into the Commercial Truck Driver Training Program. You will be involved daily with helping individuals improve their lives and income through career training while enjoying a stable, rewarding role with commission potential.

The position requires prior sales or admissions experience, CRM familiarity (Salesforce preferred), and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or admissions experience.
• CRM experience strongly preferred (Salesforce).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in an office and school environment.
• College degree preferred; HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licensure as required by state regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to enroll students into programs.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with leads and inquiries to enroll prospective students.
• Explain Roadmaster programs and admission requirements.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up with applicants.
• Meet enrollment targets and report progress to management.
• Coordinate with admissions team and campus contacts.

Job Description

As an Admission Advisor, you will be responsible for communicating with Roadmaster leads and inquiries in order to enroll interested prospective students into Roadmaster’s Commercial Truck Driver Training Program. You will be involved daily with helping individuals improve their lives and income through career training while enjoying a stable and rewarding position with an organization that rewards best in class performers.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or admissions experience
• Salesforce or CRM experience strongly preferred, basic computer skills required
• Ability to professionally and effectively communicate Roadmaster’s mission, goals and course offerings to applicants through both verbal and non-verbal communication
• Ability to work in a professional office and school environment
• College degree preferred, minimum high school diploma or equivalent required
• High energy with a positive attitude and passion for overcoming challenges and helping individuals improve their lives through career training
• Ability to obtain and maintain licensure as required by applicable state regulations
• Possess demonstrated knowledge, skills and leadership ability to perform the duties of enrolling students into Roadmaster’s programs
