Job summary

UnitedHealth Group in Minnetonka, MN is offering a 24-month Sales Rotational Program starting in 2027. You’ll spend time in inbound call center sales and rotations in Marketing, Product, Sales Operations, and more, with competitive base pay and performance bonuses.

During training, we provide licensing support; licensed candidates may receive enhanced sign-on. You’ll consult customers on insurance needs, build relationships, and advance within a dynamic sales team.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Preferred: work or volunteer experience in sales, customer service, health care or health insurance.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales/enrollments through handling of telephone inquiries from prospects & members.
• Convert inbound calls to sales and manage outbound calls for assigned region.
• Conduct needs analysis and sell across multiple product sets.
• Generate leads to optimal sales channel.
