It guarantees base pay with monthly sales incentives and requires full-time commitment with onsite training managed by the Hiring Manager. During the 24-month rotational program you will spend year one in inbound sales and year two in two six-month rotations in Marketing, Product, Sales Operations, or Business

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales/enrollments through handling of all telephone inquiries from prospects & members interested in UnitedHealthcare Medicare Solutions, enrolling consumers in optimal plan(s)/product(s).
• Convert inbound calls to sales and manage outbound calls for assigned region.
• Conduct needs analysis across diverse consumer population and sell across multiple product sets.
• Generate leads to optimal sales channel and participate in a structured 24-month rotational program with two 6-month rotations outside of direct-to-consumer sales.
• All new hires complete the UHC Portfolio Agent New Hire training classes and obtain state licenses during training.
