Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations expert to optimize CRM, reporting, and workflows across SaaS environments. This remote contractor role partners with sales and CS teams to improve data accuracy and revenue processes.

You will configure Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools, manage revenue tooling, build workflows, and document processes to ensure adoption and continuous improvement. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
• Strong operational judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong understanding of data accuracy, reporting, and workflow management.
