Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations expert for a remote contractor role. You will optimize revenue workflows, ensure data accuracy, and deliver actionable reporting across Salesforce, HubSpot, and related systems.

Responsibilities include configuring CRM platforms, managing revenue tools for quoting, billing, and ticketing, building workflows, maintaining data quality, and creating clear documentation to support adoption and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
• Strong operational judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong understanding of data accuracy, reporting, and workflow management.
