Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations expert to optimize workflows, data accuracy, and reporting across our SaaS platforms. The role focuses on CRM-centric process improvement and revenue operations in a remote setting.

You will configure CRM systems, manage revenue tools, build workflows, and create clear documentation to support adoption and scalable growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
• Strong written and verbal communication, data accuracy, and workflow management.
