Job summary

Sunrun Inc. is seeking a Sales Retention Representative to support the retention team in a remote, full-time capacity. You will handle ARC cases, primarily outbound outreach to pre-installed customers, and ensure a positive customer experience while meeting call quality standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1+ year in a related field, and the ability to work weekends. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; familiarity with Salesforce and Google Suite is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field; Retention or Sales experience preferred.
• At least 6 months in a call center environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to educate the public about solar benefits and Sunrun processes.
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish a plus).
• Proficient with email, Google Suite, and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Resolve ARC (At Risk Customer) cases for the sales team.
• Handle inbound calls and perform outbound outreach to pre-installed customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by following call quality standards.
• Overcome objections and de-escalate customer concerns professionally.
• Educate customers on Sunrun’s solar process and re-engage unresponsive prospects.
• Manage a pipeline of ARC cases to resolution in a timely manner.
