Job summary

AutoNation in Texas is seeking an Experienced Sales Associate to help customers select and purchase new or used vehicles in a no-haggle environment. You’ll engage with hundreds of customers, explain options, and guide them toward a purchase while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The role offers base pay or hourly wage with bonuses and a path to commission, plus competitive benefits including 401k matching, health/dental/vision, maternity benefits, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
