EZCORP, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker) in Knoxville, TN. You will greet customers, assist with sales and pawn transactions, and help customers through the loan process in a fast-paced pawnbroker environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Adherence to company policies and procedures.

What you can expect as a Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker)

This role will give you the opportunity to interact with customers daily, helping with sales and enjoying the give and take of coming to a mutually satisfying agreement regarding pawn items such as jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, and more. As part of our customer service team in our stores, you will provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that continues to set us apart from the competition.

Requirements
