EZPawn stores in Knoxville, TN seek a friendly Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service Pawnbroker to greet customers, process sales and pawns, and deliver excellent service every day.

Starting as a Trainee in a 5-week paid training program, you’ll earn a $.50 raise and a promotion to Pawnbroker upon completion, with a path to Lead Pawnbroker and Assistant Manager through certification and ongoing growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Work well independently and as a team.

• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Continue to grow your skills by entering our Pawnbroker Certification Program and earn an additional $1/hour. Excel and explore opportunities to promote to the Lead Pawnbroker (Shift Leader) position. Follow the Career Path and apply for an Assistant Manager position which includes a 6-month training program to build the foundation to run your own store.

What You Can Expect

Here’s what you can expect as a Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker): This role will give you the opportunity to interact with customers daily, helping with sales and enjoying the give and take of coming to a mutually satisfying agreement regarding pawn items such as jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, and more.
