Job Title and Compensation

Outside Sales Representative

$5,000 Signing-Performance Bonus for achieving targets in the first 120 days!

Base Salary: $35,000 plus uncapped commission

Total Target Compensation: $70,000 — $125,000

Job Description

The Outside Sales Representative will sell GONETSPEED products and services, including Fiber Internet, Home Phone, and DTV Streaming, to residential customers through door-to-door sales, contacting 25+ new customers daily as our fiber optics service expands.

Core Responsibilities

• Engage and acquire new residential customers and close sales through door-to-door sales
• Identify and target potential customers within designated areas
• Develop rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Maintain knowledge of features, benefits, and pricing of products and campaigns
• Evaluate customer needs and make recommendations
• Meet or exceed individual sales quotas
• Represent the company at community events

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work outdoors in any weather
• Availability between 10AM-7PM, 40 hours/week
• Self-motivated, results-driven, with excellent attendance
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (mileage allowance provided)

• Familiarity with telecommunications or broadband industry is a plus
