Project Sales Consultants are part of the In-Home Outside Sales Team. This full-time role offers 100% commission with W-2 benefits, where reps typically earn between $45K and $80K, with top performers earning up to $90K+ annually. Reps visit the local sales office once a week; on other days, they receive scheduled appointments via email and visit customers from their home. Territories are approximately up to 2 hours around your zip code. This position features pre-confirmed, pre-set appointments—no door-to-door sales, as consumers contact Sears requesting estimates on our Home Improvement Products.
