Project Sales Consultants are part of the In-Home Outside Sales Team. This full-time position offers 100% commission / W-2 with benefits, with typical earnings between $45K and $80K, and top performers earning over $90K annually. Reps visit the local sales office once a week; on other days, they receive scheduled appointments via email and visit customers from their home. Territories are approximately up to 2 hours around your zip code. This role provides pre-confirmed, pre-set appointments with customers who have contacted Sears requesting home improvement estimates. This is not door-to-door sales.

Responsibilities / Requirements

1. Travel extensively within your local market area using a personal vehicle to attend appointments.
2. Must have a valid driver’s license and appropriate automobile insurance.
3. Ability to lift sample cases of home improvement products, weighing up to 40 lbs.
4. Proficient in computer use.
5. Ability to work a 5-day week, including Saturdays; additional days and flexible hours may be required.
6. Effective negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
7. Excellent customer service, listening, and influencing skills; passion for improving customer lives.
8. High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
