1. Immediate pay raise and growth potential
2. $8,000 guaranteed per month for 12 months, totaling $96,000 in the first year, requiring one new commercial account with at least 250 employees every two weeks
3. $2,500 first-week training pay for the initial five days
4. $500 bonus per virtual appointment, with no limit
5. Up to $1,500 weekly for meeting call and appointment targets
6. Profit margin incentives: 200% for the first 90 days, then 40-59%
7. Additional credits and rewards, including up to $10,000 in new client account credits, $5,000 in donation credits, and $400 in gift cards for activities
