Overview

Garcia Automotive is seeking experienced Automotive Sales Representatives. Join our team to have fun, earn money, and work outside the box (cubicle). The Garcia Automotive Group represents the most exciting, innovative brands on the market, located in state-of-the-art facilities. As the largest auto group in the state, our loyal, repeat clients and amazing staff make us the best.

Current Sales Reps earn between $40,000 and $100,000 per year, with some individuals making $100K+.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Be the vehicle expert: know the ins and outs of product offerings, optional packages, and latest technology.
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow up with buyers to ensure referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
• Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Bring your A game and positive attitude with you every day.

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible hours (open until 7 on weekdays and Saturdays).
• Must be comfortable working 40-50 hours per week; more hours worked = more sales and more commission.
• Honest, ambitious, and charismatic; ready to learn the product ins and outs.
• Excellent communication skills with customers.
• History of favorable CSI scores.
• Strong track record of previous automotive sales.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Location: Albuquerque, NM.
