Jobot is seeking a Sales Representatives to drive revenue for a metal castings product line from an office-based seat. You will own prospecting, lead follow-up, and the early deal stages, building a plan aligned with plant capacity and strategic objectives.

You will engage with customers, close RFQs, and manage relationships with key decision makers. The role emphasizes CRM discipline and the ability to travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in inside sales or related field with a track record of closing new business.
• Technical aptitude for engineered products.
• Strong listening, presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to travel up to 25% of the time.

Job Details

Own bookings and new business growth for a process industry product line, working primarily through virtual selling tools from an office based seat.

What you'll do

• Build and run a prospecting and lead follow up plan across new and existing customers
• Work your network to uncover new opportunities and win new accounts
• Build sales plans that line up with plant strategy and capacity
• Follow up on RFQs to understand what the customer actually needs, then close the order
• Own the account sales process from pre call planning through proposal and close

• Keep the CRM current every day so the pipeline is always visible

What we're looking for

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
