RegenLab USA, LLC is seeking energetic field-based sales professionals to grow our PRP medical device market across ten territories in the United States. You will develop new customers, build relationships with physicians and clinics, and drive sales from prospecting through closing.
Compensation includes a $35,000 base salary, 10% uncapped commission, a $400 monthly car allowance, a $45 monthly telephone stipend, and expense reimbursement, plus two weeks of onsite training to start.

Growing medical device manufacturer seeking high-energy, dynamic sales professionals to expand our PRP medical device market. Representatives will develop new customers, build relationships, generate sales, and grow their assigned territory.
Develop new customers and accounts, visit a minimum of 4 new prospective customers per day, build relationships with physicians, surgeons, practice owners, hospitals, surgical centers, orthopedic practices, aesthetic practices and MedSpas, present and promote PRP products, manage the sales process from prospecting through closing, build a strong sales pipeline, work toward established sales targets, maintain customer activity records, and submit weekly sales/activity reports detailing visits, opportunities, follow-ups, pipeline and results.
Minimum 1 year sales experience required, medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical or aesthetics experience preferred. High-energy, dynamic, outgoing, and highly motivated, with strong communication, presentation, relationship-building and closing skills. Goal-oriented, competitive, persistent, and results-driven. Comfortable with cold calling, networking, prospecting, and face-to-face customer visits. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Existing healthcare or industry relationships are a plus. Must be dedicated to the role and committed to meeting established sales and activity targets. Degree in Biology or a similar scientific discipline preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
All new representatives will receive two weeks of onsite training at the start of employment, including Company & Product Knowledge, Sales Process & Territory Development, Customer Presentations, Prospecting & Closing Techniques, and CRM & Sales Reporting.
