WORK FROM YOUR HOME BASED OFFICE - SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Compensation Range: $50,000 - $95,000

This is a true WORK FROM HOME position for sales professionals. Whether you are an experienced sales representative or new to sales, we offer a training platform to help you succeed from your home office. We also have a part-time platform for those interested in becoming referring agents.

Job Description:

• We help protect families financially.
• We work in areas such as Equity & Mortgage Protection, Debt Elimination, Infinite Banking, Final Expense protection, Retirement Planning for younger clients, and Retirement Preparation for clients nearing retirement.
• Our services are vital to the families we serve, who have requested information about our programs.

Job Duties:

• Follow up with responders sent to our office by potential clients and schedule appointments. Full-time reps will run these appointments; part-time or referring agents will have them run by other Field Underwriters.
• Connect with families in person or via video chat to help find the right protection plan.
• Complete electronic applications and follow-up paperwork.
• Report your numbers to the home office.
• Participate in ongoing sales training.
• Note: Our sales reps do NOT cold call or prospect; we provide leads.
• This is a 100% commission-based, sole proprietor 1099 sales position.

Qualifications:

• Possess or be willing to obtain a State Life Insurance License (we can assist with discounted classes).
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the USA.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficient with smartphone, computer, or iPad.
• Must have a computer or tablet with a webcam.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated.
