Join Oak Grove Financial, LLC as a Sales Representative - Work From Home. This position offers a flexible, fully remote work environment suitable for both experienced sales professionals and newcomers, supported by comprehensive training.

Pay Range

Base salary ranges from $50,000 to $95,000 per year. Actual pay depends on skills and experience, with additional performance bonuses and daily pay options.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist families in protecting their financial futures through equity & mortgage protection, debt elimination, and retirement planning.
• Follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and conduct in-person or virtual meetings to assess client needs.
• Complete electronic applications and paperwork, report results to the home office, and participate in ongoing sales training.
• Operate on a 100% commission basis as a sole proprietor 1099 sales position, without cold-calling or prospecting.

Qualifications

• State Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain one with assistance).
• High school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, eligible to work in the USA.
• Pass criminal background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication skills, self-motivated, proficient with smartphones and computers/tablets with webcams.
